"I brought my 15 yo cat in today and this was the first time I've set foot in this facility. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness. This appointment was to assess his quality of life because I feel as though his health has been declining and wanted to determine if it was time to let him go or if there was something else wrong. All that said, I was quite teary and emotional from the moment I walked in. The care and compassion I was met with was unmatched. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Luckily, we determined it's not his time to go and we came up with a treatment plan. I am extremely satisfied with my visit and the care TomTom received & would recommend this place without hesitation. It was quite obvious to me that the staff truly care about the well-being of their furry patients as well as the owner"
